Replaces Bosch generators marked 0212 112 ___ for: Puch Maxi
Intended for machines with brake lights

Technical data:

  • Flywheel, outer diameter: 116mm
  • Stator plate, outer diameter: Ø = approx. 90mm
  • Stator plate, bolt spacing c-c: approx. 79mm (4 mounting holes)
  • Ignition coil/light coil, bolt spacing: c-c: approx. 54mm
  • Ignition cable: L = ~400mm
  • Light/brake light coil: 6V-15-5W
  • Tail light coil: 6V-3W
  • For crankshaft with taper: K1:5 (20%) and input diameter ~12mm
  • Rotation direction: Clockwise (left side)
  • Mounting holes for fan wheel: 4xM5 and 3xM6
  • Flywheel puller: Thread M26x1.5 (see NTS part no: 01-37-401)

Wiring diagram included for correct connection.

Headlight: 6V-15/15W
Tail light: 6V-3W
Brake light: 6V-5W

  • Grease the felt that lubricates the flywheel cam to reduce wear on the switch lug!
  • The contact distance is set to approx. 0.35~0.45mm at fully open switch tips. Performed using a blade gauge (see art.no. 14-61-401)
